Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Sale and clearance items are final sale.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@kskinrx.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with next steps within 1–2 business days.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
